At 22 years old, Sir’s still going strong, receiving his sixth consecutive #1 USEF dressage sire title (2015-2020).  Among Sir’s many FEI sons and daughters: Caymus, winner of the 2020 GAIG/USDF Region 3 Grand Prix Championship, and Dee Clair, Reserve Grand Prix National Champion at the Festival of Champions in 2019.

Caymus is owned by Beth Godwin at Jolly Bay Farm in Freeport, FL.  He is trained and shown by Jodie Kelly-Baxley.

No Matter Which Way They Bend

Wellington, FL - No matter which way they bend, Jodie Kelly-Baxley and Grayton Beach are a force to reckon with.

Jodie Kelly-Baxley (USA) and her own 2011 KWPN gelding Grayton Beach (by Negro) rose to the occasion in the FEI Prix St. Georges CDI1*, presented by Adequan®, earning a 73.676%.   Second place went to Germany’s Frederic Wandres aboard Harrods 3, Hof Kasselmann’s 2013 Hanoverian gelding by Hochadel, with a score of 72.529%.  Third place went to the USA’s Steffen Peters and Boreas FRF, a 2012 Oldenburg stallion by Bordeaux owned by Five Rings Farm, finishing on a 71.735%.

Congratulations to Jodie and Grayton Beach on their impressive win today at the Global Equestrian Festival in Wellington, FL.
